Since 2004 James has developed a reputation for balancing stimulating and enjoyable training sessions and facilitated workshops sessions with achieving demonstrable business outcomes.
James has skills in program design, coaching, facilitation, training and as an engaging, entertaining and thought provoking conference speaker. These skills were honed through a decade of working with rogenSi where James became a partner in the learning and leadership practice based in Melbourne.
Over that time James’ clients included all four of the major Australian Banks, Telstra and a wide range of retail and wholesale businesses. James particularly loves work that involves helping bring their ideas to life, building confidence in their leadership and driving the revenue line of the business.
james' projects have given him the opportunity to work across the region in the Philippines, Hong Kong, Singapore and China as well as across Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific.
Before joining rogenSi in 2004, James had several sales leadership roles with the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, Australian Associated Press and AAP Reuters.
